1. I am receiving an error when trying to install the Help Desk Software using install.asp?
You must set Right permissions to the Access DataBase as well as the entire folder the Help Desk Files are located in.
The Help Desk Install.asp script outputs a file called dataconn.asp which stores your Database information
If you are using the Help Desk Software with an Access Database you can Create this file yourself and include the contests:

default.asp For submitting tickets
admin.asp For help desk admin, to assign tickets to technicians and to modify help desk properties
techlogin.asp for Help Desk Technicians to manage calls which have been assigned to them by the help desk admin.
